Each report includes up to five potentially relevant contracts, their official source links, work, published total value, deadline, submission method and important unknowns. If nothing fits, we explain that clearly. If neither report finds a potentially relevant contract, we refund the full £19.
What happens next
- Choose your work on Stripe. Select a work type, one working area and a maximum total contract value. Add your company name and payment details. Your reports go to the delivery email you enter below.
- Pay £19 securely. Stripe handles your card details. The seller is Aivoy Ltd, trading as GroundsBrief; your statement may name Aivoy.
- Receive and use your reports. We send an order confirmation with your exact delivery deadlines within 24 hours. Open the official links, check the full tender documents and decide whether to prepare a bid.

This first offer covers published Find a Tender notices for grass cutting, cemetery care, hedges, planted beds and sports-ground maintenance. Choose one of these areas: London, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Essex, Kent or Sussex. Maximum total contract values are £50,000, £100,000 or £250,000, excluding VAT.
Notices may be scarce in your chosen area. The two reports can include an update on an unchanged opportunity; we will label it rather than present it as a new contract. We do not promise a minimum number of tenders, eligibility or a contract award. Bid writing, bid submission and private tender portals are outside this service.
Official tender search and alerts are free. The £19 pays for reviewing the notices against your choices and explaining their requirements. If free alerts already meet your needs, use those. You can also ask us to check available work for free before deciding.
