Service and refund terms — GroundsBrief GroundsBrief Order two reports SERVICE TERMS · VERSION 10 OCTOBER 2026 Two tender reports for £19. Seller and customer GroundsBrief is a service of AIVOY LTD, registered in England and Wales, company 15289277. This first offer is for UK limited companies buying for their business. Price and order £19 total, paid once, for two reports over seven days and one work profile. No VAT is charged. No subscription, automatic renewal or further order follows. Save your delivery email on our order page, choose a work type, area and value limit at Stripe checkout, then pay. By paying you order the service under these terms and confirm you buy for a UK limited company. Stripe handles card details; your card statement and payment receipt may name Aivoy. Delivery deadlines The seven-day service starts when Stripe confirms successful payment. The first report is due within 48 hours of that payment; the second within seven calendar days. Both are emailed to the delivery address saved on our order page. We send a separate order confirmation within 24 hours stating your reference, choices, exact deadlines, seller details and a copy of these terms. A browser return page alone is not payment confirmation. What is included Each report contains up to five potentially relevant public contracts, their official source links, published scope, estimated total value, contract period, deadlines, submission method, possible exclusion reasons and important unknowns. We review published Find a Tender notices against the selected work, area and maximum total value. A report may include a clearly labelled update on an unchanged notice; we do not represent repeated notices as new work. Where none fit, we deliver an explicit no-match report. Choose grass/general grounds maintenance, cemetery maintenance, hedge and planted-bed care, sports-ground maintenance or any of those services; one area from London, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Essex, Kent or Sussex; and a maximum estimated total contract value of £50,000, £100,000 or £250,000 excluding VAT. Values are totals over the published contract period, not annual income. Unclear service locations are labelled rather than inferred from the buyer's office. Limits and free alternatives We do not guarantee a minimum number of tenders, company eligibility, bid success or a contract award. Full tender documents, private portals, complete UK coverage, legal advice, bid preparation and bid submission are outside this service. You check the official notice and tender pack and make any bid decision. Official search and alerts at Find a Tender are free; purchase only if our review and explanation adds useful value for you. An optional free work check is available before buying. Cancellation, errors and refunds You can cancel at hello@groundsbrief.com. If no report has been delivered, we refund the full £19. After one report is delivered, cancellation refunds the undelivered report at £9.50. If neither report finds a potentially relevant contract, we refund the full £19 without requiring you to request it. A report not delivered by its deadline is refundable at £9.50 unless you expressly agree a revised date. Report a material error: we will correct it promptly or refund the affected report at £9.50 if we cannot remedy it. Total refunds cannot exceed the amount paid. Refunds go through Stripe to the original payment method. We initiate an agreed or due refund within two working days; bank processing can take longer. If your order cannot be fulfilled within the stated scope, we cancel and refund it in full. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected. Availability and support The initial launch accepts two orders in total, enforced by Stripe. More capacity will be opened only after delivery is assessed. Support at hello@groundsbrief.com is reviewed during UK business hours; allow up to two working days for a substantive reply. We do not offer continuous monitoring or emergency support.
