The seven-day pilot
Orders are not open. These terms explain the service being prepared. This page does not accept an order or payment. The final terms and agreed dates will be supplied before any purchase.

GroundsBrief is a service of AIVOY LTD, registered in England and Wales, company 15289277. Registered office and postal contact: Flat 7, 113 Canfield Gardens, London, NW6 3DY, United Kingdom. Aivoy Ltd is not VAT registered. The initial pilot is intended for UK incorporated businesses buying for their business.
Price and scope
£19 total for seven days and one company profile. No VAT is charged and there is no automatic renewal. The pilot includes two dated email shortlists, each with up to five potentially relevant candidates or a clear no-match report. Source coverage is published Find a Tender notices; complete UK coverage, private portals, bid writing or submission, and legal or eligibility advice are outside the service.
Before paying
We will check your services, working area, total contract-value preferences and source availability before offering an order. We will agree the start and end dates and both delivery dates, and supply the final terms in a durable email. If the profile is unsuitable or there is insufficient evidence of useful coverage, we will say so and decline the order.
What a shortlist means
A candidate is a research lead, not confirmation that you are eligible, that a minimum number of tenders will appear, or that you will win work. Values are published estimates for the stated whole contract period. Amendments and full tender documents remain authoritative; you make the decision whether to investigate or bid.
Cancellation, corrections and refunds
The prepared policy is a full refund if you cancel before the agreed pilot starts. If you cancel after it starts, the undelivered portion is refunded, valuing each of the two deliveries at £9.50. A materially failed delivery will be corrected by agreement or its undelivered portion refunded. If neither delivery finds a potentially relevant candidate, the full £19 pilot price will be refunded. Report an error or service problem through the working reply channel supplied with your order. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
After the pilot
A proposed £29 total, 28-day extension with two shortlists per week may be offered only if the pilot provides useful value and the source cadence supports it. It requires a separate order. No enrolment, card charge or renewal happens automatically.
Availability and support
Initially at most two pilots will operate at once. We will agree delivery dates we can meet; no continuous monitoring or emergency support is promised. Customer contact, privacy information and checkout will be published once their checks are complete.
